This is Our Story:
Living Well Homes was founded. We entered the housing market in Greater Phoenix, Arizona, purchasing single family homes that were built in the late 1990s and early 2000s. It became our mission to provide quality Phoenix home rentals.
Escondido Apartments became our first apartment community. In the following months, our portfolio of communities expanded to encompass Mountain View Condo Rentals, in Mesa, and Glenridge Apartments, in Glendale. A year after inception, we celebrated the purchase of our 100th home.
We purchased Canyon Walk Apartments, making it over and renaming it Cascada Del Sol Apartments. Mesa Ridge Apartments, Brookfield Apartment Homes, and Cypress Commons also joined the Living Well Homes family, for a grand total of 729 apartments.
Living Well Homes’ portfolio extended to include 162 single family homes. Coral Point Apartments joined the Living Well family as our largest community at the time, with 337 apartments. In the autumn, we expanded to Greenville, South Carolina, with the purchase of Mallard Cove Apartments, which was renamed Lakeside Place Apartments. Just before year-end, we purchased Biltmore Vista Townhomes, in Phoenix, and began plans to remodel the property, ultimately unveiling it as Bloom 24 Apartments.
Lakeside Place Apartments was featured in South Carolina’s “Upstate Business Journal.” Magnolia Run Apartment Homes became the second Greenville community in our portfolio and was renovated and rebranded as The Ivy Apartments. At nearly 400 apartments, Colter Park Apartments became our largest community in the Greater Phoenix area.
Living Well Homes launches its new website. Eden Apartments is the first Tempe, Arizona, community to join the Living Well family (June 2015). October marked Living Well’s expansion into North Carolina with Ashley Oaks Apartments, as well as the addition of a new Phoenix community, Azul Apartments.
Google Maps began to feature virtual tours of select Living Well Homes communities via its “Street View” function. Redwood Place Apartments became a LWH community in May of 2016 and was rebranded as Spring Apartments, with the addition of exterior mural art and other beautification renovations. The addition of mural art, a new company initiative, helped to establish the Spring’s character and was well received by residents.
More expansion into Greensboro, North Carolina, as Edgewater Village Apartments becomes the largest Living Well Homes community, with 483 apartments and five lakes. Hunt’s View Apartment Homes (to be rebranded as Huntsview Apartments) becomes Living Well’s third Greensboro community. In Greater-Phoenix, Living Well Homes sold 106 of its single-family homes but continues to manage 56 rental homes with backyard swimming pools. Throughout the year, Living Well Homes has continued to enhance existing properties, provide excellent service to residents, and search for new opportunities.
