As Chairman, Lloyd has built and manages a team of professionals with unique abilities and promotes a collaborative, productive environment in which every team member comes to work inspired and energized.

28 years as a real estate professional.

How you turned your living space into a home:

Always have a loving rescue dog at your feet, art on the walls that speaks to your personality, a great bed, an extremely comfortable couch, and a chef’s kitchen filled with friends and family.

Random fact about me:

I’m a bit of a thrill-seeker. I’ve gone heli-skiing in far off snowy places and extreme single track mountain biking.

Using his many decades of experience and expertise as both a real estate attorney and investor principal, Gerald provides advice and counsel to Living Well Homes’ CEO, president, and executive team. Gerald’s astute guidance primarily encompasses the areas of legal documentation, negotiations, partnerships, and financing arrangements.

More than 50 years in real estate and real estate law.

How you turned your living space into a home:

Find some art that speaks to you. A beautiful painting or sculpture can personalize your space and add both character and color.

Responsible for:

Pierre is the visionary that directs the exterior and interior design, landscaping plans, addition of new amenities, and branded signage for all apartment communities. Pierre also advises the marketing team in the areas of advertising, leasing and budgeting, as well as providing market insight relating to property acquisition.

23 years.

How you turned your living space into a home:

I love improving a property that needs a little love and making it a great place to live!

Random fact about me:

On my days off, there’s a good chance you’ll find me climbing, running, hiking, or skiing down a mountain somewhere…that’s how I refresh my mind.

Surrounded by my wife, kids, dog, and bird, I have created a really warm home environment.

I love being a part of building communities that our residents can enjoy coming home to.

It’s all about personal touches. My apartment became “home” once I added plants, artwork and my piano.

I enjoy cooking and feel the most at home testing out a new recipe for friends or family to try.

Parviz is the liaison between Living Well Homes and financial institutions, such as banks and mortgage companies. In addition, she processes payroll and corresponds with on-site employees, as well as tax authorities.

Over 25 years.

What you love about your job:

I enjoy the daily challenges and succeeding in overcoming them.

Random fact about me:

I travel to Africa annually to volunteer in select countries, giving humanitarian aid as well as giving help to institutions that need it.

Andee is the creative mind that oversees Living Well Homes’ branding and spearheads both traditional and digital marketing initiatives for all properties. She also liaises with media, advertisers, and residents, as needed.

Years of experience:

More than 15 years in marketing, communications, event coordination, and customer service.

How did you turn your living space into a “home”?

A fresh paint job can do wonders, as can the addition of family photos and art, but I think our place started to feel like “home” when we had friends join us at the dinner table for a home-cooked meal.

“You are never finished learning.”

Random fact about me:

I’m a trained singer and enjoy performing in musical theatre and occasionally on film. When I first got married, I spent six weeks living the dream, performing in an off-Broadway production of ‘The Pirates of Penzance.’

Warren oversees all relationships and communication with Living Well Homes’ investors. He is also responsible for portfolio analysis and reporting, along with being involved in the acquisition process of new properties.

7 years working in the areas of municipal operations, project management, customer service, and various entrepreneurial ventures

What you Love about your job:

I love knowing that the work we do makes an impact on others. After a long day, everyone wants to sit back and relax, and I’m proud that we can provide a space to do that.

How you turned your living space into a “home”:

You can never have too much ambient lighting. I’ll take a lamp over a ceiling fixture any day. Throw in some funky art or some sports memorabilia from your favorite athlete. My golden rule: a house is only a home when you a have a dog living in it!

Random fact about me:

I’m an avid gardener with a passion for growing vegetables. Nothing beats walking outside to pick some fresh tomatoes and cucumbers; throw in some feta cheese and you’ve got a great lunch!

Stephanie coordinates the visual elements of Living Well’s apartment communities, from color schemes and fabric choices, to the interior decoration of the leasing offices and model apartments. As part of the Marketing Team, Stephanie also does graphic design and digital media work.

HOW YOU TURNED YOUR LIVING SPACE INTO A HOME:

I think it’s important to take your time personalizing a space – no need to shop all at once or match everything too perfectly! I like to combine vintage finds from flea markets, souvenirs from trips, family heirlooms and DIY projects for a space that feels unique.

RANDOM FACT ABOUT ME:

In 2016 I adopted a rescue dog named Cooper. He’d lived his life so far as a stray, so bringing him home was very challenging… but it’s also been really rewarding!

In my free time I consider myself to be a reasonably skilled at-home baker. I find that spending downtime in the kitchen is an excellent creative outlet and an amazing way to just let go.
