Welcome to Hunt’s View!

04 Huntsview Pool and Sundeck

In September 2017, Hunt’s View Apartment Homes, a 240-unit apartment community in Northwest Greensboro, North Carolina, joined the Living Well Homes family. With Hunt’s View being a beautiful and well-maintained community with an excellent on-property team, our goal is to take what’s great and make it even better! Along with the standard amenities (swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, business center, and bark park), the community also offers a volleyball court, tennis court, and car wash port. The three-storey buildings have the unique feature of private screened-in sunrooms, as well as washer-dryer connections, gas fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, and other appealing design elements. Plans are underway to modify the branding, enhance the amenities, and renovate the apartments. We are especially excited that residents will benefit from the new extension of the 1-73 Urban Loop, which will be completed in Spring 2018, allowing even easier commutes upon completion.
